ISO 9001:1994 REGISTERED QUALITY ASSURANCE

Grimes Industrial Products Group has achieved certification of compliance with International Standards Organization conformance, meeting the Quality Assurance Requirements for ISO 9001:1994 Registration through registration audits, definitions, dissemination of quality doctrines and training materials, testing and other measures of quality.

The ISO 9001 standard is the senior "contractual and conformance model for quality assurance in design, development, production, installation and servicing." It is recognized as the highest level of quality assurance required by the automotive industry, among others. ISO 9001 is the most comprehensive of the ISO conformance standards and includes all elements contained in ISO 9002 and ISO 9003, plus an additional element referring to the process of design. In this instance, Grimes Industrial's registration to the ISO 9001 quality standard recognizes the particular use of ingenuity in the design of effective customer service programs.

Grimes is honored to have achieved and maintained certification of ISO 9001:1994 Registered international standards of quality. We are proud of that accomplishment and of the reassurance it provides our customers, and we remain dedicated to excellence in everything we do.
