TERMS & CONDITIONS

MINIMUM ORDER

Due to processing and handling costs, all orders shall have a minimum value of $50.00.

ACCOUNT TERMS

Payment terms for account customers are Net 30. Accounts with invoices over 50 days will be put on credit hold. Accounts with invoices over 120 days will be placed in the hands of a collection agency and possible lien action.

Title to and ownership of all goods shipped remains with Grimes Industrial Products Group until all due amounts are entirely paid. Risk of loss or damage of merchandise is assumed by the purchaser.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Warranty shall be limited to the repayment for or exchange, at Grimes Industrial Products Group sole option, of any part or parts which may prove defective under normal conditions of use and maintenance in the twelve (12) consecutive months after delivery of the product to the purchaser and upon examination by Grimes is adjudged in Grimes' sole discretion to be defective. In order to claim coverage under this warranty the Purchaser must at its own expense return the goods in question to Grimes Industrial Products Group.

RETURN POLICY

Non-Standard Products
Non-standard, non-stock, discontinued, or made-to-order products cannot be returned for credit.

Standard Products
Standard items in reusable condition may be returned for credit less a restocking charge of 15% or $15.00 whichever is greater. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a Return Authorization obtained by calling our customer service department.

The Return Authorization must be clearly marked on the outside of all packages being returned. Returns must be made within 20 days of the receipt of the Return Authorization. Returned items must be packaged properly to avoid damage in transit and must be shipped to us with freight charges prepaid. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date.

Shipping Errors
Where the wrong goods have been shipped to a customer because of a Grimes' error, such goods may be returned by the customer provided:

  • The error is brought to Grimes attention within thirty (30) calendar days from the receipt of goods.
  • The goods are in the original shipping container(s).
  • The goods are returned to Grimes Industrial Products Group. No handling charge will apply.

    QUALITY VARIANCE

    Due to the nature of manufacturing, Grimes Industrial Products Group reserves the right to vary its product count plus or minus 10%.
