Get product information and pricing fast!
Phase I includes the following features:
Product catalog with pricing – The product Catalog provides several search options so you can quickly drill down and find what you need. Select products by our code, your code, the manufacturers code, manufacturer, description, your history or your contract to name a few. We can assist with set-up and get you up and running fast.
Order / quote entry and confirmation – Quickly select products from the catalog and your pricing will display. You can place web order and quotes and an automatic confirmation will be sent to you.
Order status review and tracking – Order status allow you to check on all orders and track them as required using 3rd party waybill tracking number displayed on the web.
Information exchange – Select the ? icon to the left of the product image and a window will appear. This is our information exchange window and it allows us to interact via email directly from e-GrimesDirect. If you need additional information or wish to receive a quote or purchase items not currently available in the catalog you can use this free form text section to ask for more information. Our customer service representatives are more than happy to assist you.
